The objective was to organise the economy of the native and farmer communities. The production and commercialisation of ANEI’s Organic Coffee is within a context of harmony and respect for mother earth. This coffee is sourced via collection centres, providing valuable drying facilities though guardiolas. Cherry is picked ripe and wet processed before being brought straight to the collection centres.
