What to Expect

This natural Ethiopian from Chelbesa in Yirgacheffe is fruit-forward and unapologetic about it. Moon Roast's medium roast brings pineapple, passionfruit, and strawberry jam to the front, with the kind of fermented sweetness that makes natural processing so divisive.

The Cup

The body sits somewhere between medium and full—substantial enough to work with milk, but not heavy. Acidity is present and bright, but the natural process rounds it out with jammy sweetness rather than sharp citrus.
