Moon Roast was founded in 2012 by Fran Bradshaw in Hampshire, building on a rich family heritage in the coffee trade that spans generations. What began as small-scale roasting in a garden shed quickly evolved into a respected speciality coffee roastery, driven by a passion for quality and craftsmanship. Set on a repurposed farm in the Hampshire countryside, Moon Roast reflects both its rural surroundings and its deep-rooted connection to coffee history, from Fran’s great-grandfather, a London coffee broker in the early 1900s, to his father, who developed iconic coffee blends. Through daily cupping and a relentless focus on quality, Fran continues this legacy, ensuring every roast embodies precision, care, and a commitment to exceptional coffee.
