Dear Green Coffee Roasters is a Glasgow-based speciality coffee roastery founded in 2011 with the ambition of bringing exceptional, responsibly sourced coffee to Scotland. Named after the Scots Gaelic nickname for Glasgow, "Dear Green Place," the roastery has grown from a single coffee roaster into an award-winning Certified B Corporation while remaining true to its founding values of sustainability, ethical sourcing, and community. Today, Dear Green works closely with trusted producers worldwide, carefully roasting seasonal coffees that celebrate quality, provenance, and craftsmanship, while its Glasgow roastery, training space, and showroom continue to share knowledge, champion positive change across the speciality coffee industry, and reflect a genuine passion for both coffee and the people behind it.
